My external stop tap is broken will you repair it?

Yes we will repair external stop taps as these belong to United Utilities.  We will send a representative to inspect it and if we cannot make it operable, we will arrange for a repair team to come and fix/replace it.  Please note this work can take up to 12 weeks to complete.  If you are waiting to carry out internal repairs/improvements and need the water turned off, a WIAPS approved plumber should be able to isolate your supply without using the stop tap.
