I have a leak on my property, who do I need to speak to, to get it repaired?
Where the leak is coming from, will determine whether we can help or whether you need to get your own plumber. Please read through the Private Leak Repair Scheme leaflet.
If you think you are eligible for a United Utilities repair, please call our Service Enquiries department on 0845 746 2200, between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 6pm on Saturday, or 8am and noon on Sunday. We will arrange an appointment for one of our representatives to assess the leak.
If we find it is eligible, we will arrange for our contract partner to repair the leak for you.
