Can United Utilities help me find my water service pipe?
Unfortunately this is not a service we offer, as it relates to private pipework.
We have no records of private pipes on customers' land as we did not lay them, the builder who built the property installed them.
We recommend you contact a WIAPS (Water Industry Approved Plumbing Scheme) approved plumber, to trace your pipe. You can find one in your area by going to http://www.wras.co.uk/.
