How do I disconnect a supply pipe?
There are various scenarios for needing to disconnect a water pipe.
Lead and Common Supply Pipe Replacement
If you were fed by a single supply and you are replacing that pipe, we automatically disconnect the old pipe when we connect your new one.
If you were fed by a common or shared pipe, it is your responsibility to disconnect your branch pipe from the common/shared pipe. Please see this fact sheet to see how to do this.
