Can I have a private leak repair?
Yes we offer a private leak repair scheme. The scheme is limited to one leak investigation or one leak repair for each private supply pipe within a 12 month period providing that the leak is not under a building and is easily accessible.

Alternatively, please telephone our service enquiries department on 0845 746 2200 to report the leak and arrange a convenient appointment for one of our representatives to call to your property to inspect it. While we're inspecting it, we will discuss with you the options to get it repaired.
