How can I find out what my latest account balance is?
You can register for My Account where you can view your current and previous bills and register for paperless billing.
Alternatively, You can call our automated Balance Enquiry line 24 hours a day on 0845 402 1366 or call us on the numbers below.
To use our automated service you will need your customer account number to hand which you can find at the top of your water bill.
