When will you turn the water on at my new property?
If you move into a property and there is no water, please check that the previous owner did not turn the water off at the stopcock. If the stopcock is on and you still do not have any water, please call us on 0845 746 2200.
We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 6pm and Sunday 8am - 12pm midday.
