When should I let you know I am moving house?
Please let us know the date you are moving as close to your move date as possible but no sooner than 28 days before your move so that we can update your account.
You can fill in our moving home form online to let us know you’re moving or if you prefer you can call us on:
- 0845 746 2222 if your home has a water meter
- 0845 745 1100 if your new home doesn’t have a water meter.
If you are an existing customer you can also do this through My Account.
