When should I let you know I am moving house?
If you register for MyAccount you can inform us about your move online at a time that suits you. We will need to know the date you are moving (or moved) and the address of your new property.
MyAccount also allows you to make payments, tell us your meter reading and sign up for paperless billing.
Alternatively, if you don’t wish to register for this service you can tell us about your move by providing your account details on our moving home form
