When will you read my meter?

We will normally read the meter half yearly. If the meter is inside your property you must give us reasonable access to be able to do this.

If we have been unable to read the meter, we will leave a card advising you what to do next.

You can give us actual readings by submitting your own reading submitting your own reading here or by calling our automated meter reading service on 0800 616 448, please have your account number ready. By doing this you will always receive accurate bills.
