Can I change my mind after the meter has been fitted?
If you asked us to fit a water meter in your home in the last 13 months, but you want to go back to your old way of billing, then we can arrange this for you. We will have to leave the water meter in place though, because if you ever move home, the new occupiers will need to be billed on the water meter.
