While on the WaterSure scheme (formerly known as the vulnerable customer scheme) what happens if my bill for actual water used is less than the average bill?
Each year we will look at what you would have paid if your water bill had been calculated on the amount of water actually used. If this results in a smaller than average bill, we will credit your account with the difference.
