What are your opening hours?

If you have a problem with your water or wastewater service, our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone number is 0845 746 2200.

Our Billing/Accounts office is open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday. The phone numbers are;
- For customers without a water meter - 0845 746 1100
- For customers with a water meter - 0845 746 2222
