How can I pay my bill?
The most common method chosen by our customers is Direct Debit. If you register for MyAccount you can access your account 24 hours a day to set up a direct debit or make a card payment. Our free online service also allows you to tell us your meter reading, access your statement and take advantage of paperless billing.
Payment options available to you include:
- Pay Online
- Direct Debit
- Standing Order
- Cheque or Postal Order
- Payment card at a Payzone outlet
- Post Office
Some customers prefer to pay each bill as it arrives, but most prefer to spread the cost over the year. With all our payment options you can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, once or twice a year. Please refer to the back of your paper bill for full details of these payment methods.
