Yes, we give a £5 annual discount to customers who pay their bill by direct debit. This reflects the reduced costs of serving customers who pay by this method, and to show our commitment to our customers by passing this reduction them. The reduction is shown on your bill. If you register for MyAccount, you can set up a direct debit online at a time that suits you. Alternatively, if you would prefer not to register for MyAccount you can set up a direct debit via our online form.
