Can I change or decide what date I pay my Direct Debit on?
Yes. If you have already registered for MyAccount, you can easily amend your direct debit online. Alternatively, you will need to call us on one of the following numbers: if you have a water meter call 0845 746 2222; if you don't have a meter call 0845 746 2211. Opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm.
