What are the benefits of paying by Direct Debit?
You save £5 off your bill each year, you can pay on a day of the month to suit you, it saves you time and you are protected under the DD guarantee scheme. If you register for MyAccount you can set up a direct debit online at a time that suits you. My Account also allows you to sign up for paperless billing so that you can access your bills online. Alternatively, if you would prefer not to register for My Account you can set up a direct debit via our online form.
