How do I get a copy of my water bill?

Why not register for MyAccount?. You can then access your water bills online, 24 hours a day, as well as make a payment, set up a direct debit and give us your meter reading.

Alternatively, just email us using this link, or phone us and we will send you a new bill.

For properties without a water meter - 0845 746 1100

For properties with a water meter - 0845 746 2222

We are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 5pm on Saturday.
