When will my first Direct Debit payment be due?
It takes at least 14 days to set up a direct debit, so your first payment will be taken on your chosen date after this period. You will receive a schedule of payments in the post. If you register for MyAccount you can set up a direct debit online at a time that suits you. Alternatively, if you would prefer not to register for MyAccount you can set up a direct debit via our online form.
